I have watched some Chinese anime, and from my perspective, some of the best Chinese anime are;
1. Soul Land (Douluo Dalu)
This anime is about a boy called Tang San who spent his whole life in the Tang Outer Sect, dedicating to the creation and mastery of hidden weapons. But after he stole the secret lore of the Inner Sect to reach the pinnacle of his skill, his only way out was death. After jumping of from the cliff, he is born in another world of Douluo Dalu, a world where every person has a spirit of their own and the people of stronger spirit can practice their spirit power to become a spirit masters.Tang San awaken the spirit of Blue Silver Grass, which is a totally useless spirit. Even after that, Tang does not looses hope, he aspires to become a Spirit Master and bring glory of Tang Sect into this world.
Can he over overcome the difficulties and rise to the higher rank of spirit masters and bring glory of the Sect in this world?

This anime centers around a by called Nie Li, who in his past life was the strongest Demon Spiritualist and stood at the pinnacle of the martial world. However, he lost his life in the battle with the Sage Emperor and six deity-ranked beasts.
His soul was then brought back to when he was 13 years old. Although he's the weakest in his class with the lowest talent, having only red soul realm and a weak one at that, he decided to train faster than anyone could expect from the vast knowledge which he got from his previous life.
He aims to protect the city, his lover, family, and fellow citizens from the coming future of being devastated by demon beasts where he was not able to do in his past life. 4. Legend of the Immortals (Stellar Transformation)
This anime is about Qin yu, a child born naturally who cannot practice inner strength. so inorder to get the respect from his father, he chooses a more difficult and painful way to practice external techniques (Wu shu). After years of passing by, he grew up where a rare event totally changed his life which was the fall of meteor. The meteor contained meteoric tears which merged with his body transforming him into a stronger one.
This anime got Season 1 with 12 episodes which ended recently by Dec. 18th 2018.

5. Wu Geng Ji (The Legend and the Hero / Chronicles of the God's Order)
This anime is the adaptation of the Manhua, Feng Shen Ji. It is about a boy called Wu Geng, who is the prince of the Shang Dynasty and the son of the emperor Zi Shou.
When the messenger of the Heavens arrive in Zhao Ge, the emperor refuses to bow his head before the gods, and declares that he will not accept the tyranny of the gods. The gods do not take this lightly and a battle is raised between a neighboring emperor, lead by Wu Jifa, a supporter of the gods.
The Shang forces are overwhelmed during the battle and when the capital is about top be taken away, king Zhou joins the battle and breaks his way towards the enemy king, out of nowhere a gods fall from the sky and a battle between human and god about to start away where king Zhou overwhelms the god until the king of the gods appear.
